Attacking, Twoey Drops, and Vapor Power!
Welcome to YOUR Pickleball Journey!
Tip #1 - Step in With Your OPPOSITE Foot!
When doing the two-handed drop, stepping in with your opposite foot is the most known form in order to create momentum, consistency, and precision!
Tip #2 - Keep the Paddle Tip LOW!
Keeping your paddle tip low while dropping backhand OR forehand, allows you more room to BRUSH against the back/under of the ball to generate top spin, dipping the ball over the net, and into the kitchen!
Tip #3 - PUSHING Out, and Up!
Pushing out provides the “oomph” to get it across the court, while not doing too much! Pushing up when done right, guarantees that the drop will have a loopiness to it. Combining all 3 of these makes a beautiful, unattackable drop allowing you to get to the kitchen!

OTHER CREATOR TIPS!
STOP Defending, Start Attacking in Just 10 Minutes l Top Drills to Train Offense!
DRILL#1 - Dead Dink Drill!
In this drill, you want to stand in front of each other on opposing kitchen lines of the net! One player will dink, and eventually feed a dead dink!
The other player’s goal is to punish those dead dinks, whether with an aggressive dink, or a speed up, and play out that point!
TIP #2 - Swinging Volley from Transition Zone!
Again, opposite sides of the net, yet one player will stand in transition zone volleying any ball at the waist or above! Your goal is to hit the ball downwards or make your opponent reach for the ball!
While the other player puts aggression on the person at the transition zone! If you’re able to neutralize the point and get up to the kitchen, play out the point!
TIP #3 - Attacking Every Short Ball!
One player stands at the baseline, and the other at the kitchen feeding a “return”!
The player at the baseline will drive the “3rd” and play the point from there!
These drills are in hopes of emulating real-life occurrences!

TIP #1 - No Attacks Off Bounce - Below Height of the Net
You see long dink rallies from pro players solely because a majority of the dinks are neutralizing. This means they are so “good” in a sense that it wouldn’t be smart to speed up a dink below the height of the net.
When a dink is below the net, your chances of making a good speed up off of it is so slim, it usually isn’t worth the risk.
TIP #2 - No Below the Net - Volley Speed Ups
This can be a good, and a bad thing. The usual cause of winning or losing a point, is that one team made a higher percentage decision.
When you speed up below the net, you take more time out of your opponents reaction. Furthermore, because you have to hit UP on a ball below the net, you’re at higher risk to give your opponent an overhead smash.
Your best bet is to….
TIP #3 - Take Attacks - Out of the Air and ABOVE the Net
When you take reaction time away from your opponents, combined with attacking a ball above the height of the net, you create many more opportunities for you to have the advantage.
When a ball is above the net, you’re more able to hit DOWN on a ball, and one ball being hit downwards can make or break a point. If not an instant point, it is a chain effect that leads to continuous errors and panic from your opponent’s when you’re the one hitting downwards first!
