Ben got back on top with a W in singles! Chris Haworth, and Federico Staksrud went against each other in earlier rounds, yet Chris won over Federico! Ben Johns was #1 in singles again until recent point adding made Federico #1 in singles for the second time! Ben & Federico are consistently back and forth now taking over the top spot!

Dekel & Matt Wright beat Ben & Collin, advancing to the finals! Dylan & JW hit that gold medal with pride!

You already know! Some say Anna Leigh Waters & Ben Johns will be the hardest team to beat in the long run!

These two are a powerhouse of their own, hopefully they’ll keep it up!

After Anna Leigh Waters loses in earlier rounds, Lea Jansen makes her way into the finals, and walks out with a big trophy with her name all over it! She struggles with diabetes, so singles can be an even bigger challenge for her! She still pushes through and keeps her head in the game!

A lot of people are wondering what is going on with Ben Johns and his brother Collin in doubles… IF things keep going the way they are, will they split? What is everyone else doing that they’re not keeping up with? Is the game getting too fast for them? Can they catch up? Are their new paddles bothering their game? Guess we’ll have to see!

Utilize Your WRIST - A lot of people will mention “wrist lag” when it comes to serves, and drives. This means before contact, having your paddle tip facing almost behind you. Right as you want to contact the ball, snap the wrist forward, and up, to create a powerful velocity while still brushing upwards to create the topspin you want!

Body Rotation - Using the kinetic chain of your whole body, will naturally create more power. This will come from the hips. Using your hips will force the rest of your body to rotate with your swing!

Weight Transfer - Transferring your weight to carry your body into the court, we will create a forward momentum, putting more pace, depth, and spin on the ball!

Using all of these 3 tips, (and an advanced tip at the end of the video 😃) may help you win a few extra points off of aces, bad returns, and forcing positioning mistakes on your opponents! BUT!!! The most important part about serves is consistency. Practice these serves with your friends, or by yourself to get the maximum effect!
