PICKLEBALL JOURNEY TIPS!
These 4 SHOTS are Costing You Points!!!
MISTAKE #1 - Dreaded SHANK!
Everyone has those moments where they get lackadaisical, you start dinking, moving your feet, then all the sudden you stop moving your feet, and you stop caring! As soon as you stop moving your feet that’s when you start reaching for the ball and mishitting!
Stay active, and stay focused! No one likes to shank or mishit a ball when you had the advantage all along!
MISTAKE #2 - ONLY Attacking to the Body!
As your opponents get better the same as you do, your old habits of attacking the body won’t work every time!
A good 2 spots to start attacking is about the expanded arms length of your opponent, while still keeping it low! This way it will still likely go in, it’ll be harder for them to reset or put pace on a ball that’s away from them!
MISTAKE #3 - Drop Shot!
We all know that 1 local player who makes you run for your life to the kitchen as they hit a cutesy drop shot just over the net! This CAN be a very good shot, yet it is very dependent on too many variables to make it a consistent staple in your game!
This can bring your opponent’s forward to the kitchen, when you just had them at the baseline! If you can pull this off perfectly it can be very effective but is it worth the risk?!

OTHER CREATOR TIPS!
Why 90% of Pickleball Players Have Slow Reflexes!
TIP #1 - Split on the Way Forward!
When you’re moving forward, your goal is to get to the kitchen and neutralize the point! Being in a ready position before your opponent contacts the ball will make your life a whole lot easier
TIP #2 - Keep Your Head STILL!
When you’re reacting to a hard shot, you need to keep your head still! Flinching, and shaking your head around will mess up your coordination! Keep your head level, stable, and ready to react!
TIP #3 - Keep A Strong Ready Position!
The most obviously important is the ready position! Standing there with your paddle down will get you bagged faster than you can blink!
Have a wide, stable stance, paddle out in front, and leaning slightly to your backhand side! This will make it easier for you to react to volleys!

8 GAME CHANGING Pickleball Tips I learned From A PRO!
DRILL #1 - 4 Way Dink! Watch the Ball THROUGH CONTACT!
Both players will practice moving each other around on one half of the court dinking! The goal here is to watch your contact through the ball while still moving your feet and shuffling! This will ensure clean contact and placement!
DRILL #2 - Step Back From The Kitchen!
A lot of coaches will tell you not to step off the kitchen line while dinking! The game is changing where more pace and spin is being applied, making it harder to stay at the line 24/7! The pace of today’s game can make it harder than ever to reach in and volley dinks out of the air without popping them up! It is still important to apply pressure, but don’t be afraid to prepare yourself!
Taking a small step back, getting your body and paddle ready can make it easier for you to let the ball reach it’s peak bounce height, and apply pressure back to your opponent. Not only that, but giving you more angles and speed up opportunities since you have more space! Practice this while dinking!
DRILL #3 - Dink Straight in Cat & Mouse!
To practice a singles-esq cat & mouse dinking drill, both people can stand in the kitchen, 1 player will drop the ball over the others net, and from there you dink the WHOLE COURT outside of the kitchen! This will get you working your feet, and proper dink placement while on the move!
Be ready to sweat!
